I had a roof put on in 1996 by Ken Jordan Roofing. I had trouble with leaking of what I thought was around my chimney. I was tol by a Ken Jordan employee I needed tuck & point and he added some other material to the chimney cap. Work was done tuck & point and a $14 dollar piece of rubber was glued to the chimney cap for the cost of $450! Turns out this didn't fix the moisture problem but made it worse since the piece of rubber only held moisture in the chimney.
