I first called Ken Johnson when we had an emergency leak under our kitchen sink. He came over as soon as possible, stopped the leak and diagnosed the problem, which required more work later. Since then, we've hired Ken and his assistant, Jaylen, for a total of five plumbing jobs. Ken is very thorough and explains what's required for the work, gives suggestions and gets it done in a timely manner. We are thoroughly pleased with the engagements we have had with Ken Johnson Plumbing. The first time they responded to an urgent service request - they were very responsive, affordable and made excellent quality workmanship. Today, Ken did a site visit to discuss some plumbing upgrades we are considering. You won't find a more honest guy than Ken. He gave us pause in the plans we had.
