Would never recommend this agent. Took advantage of a 90 year old man that just had a stroke to put his house on the market well below value to his buddies only to find out to flip it.
We bought a house that was sold through Ken that listed a home warranty that was never included. Apparently it was a bait and switch. Now we have the expense of replacing an ac and water heater after only being in the house less than one week. I would be careful and read every piece of paper when dealing with him.
