Firstly let me say this review has been a long time coming for unavoidable personal reasons. Ken Gable is a compassionate and caring therapist. He was a crucial contact during one of the lowest periods of my life. He not only listened attentively but more importantly was able to give me insights and emotional support that helped gain my footing in an unsteady time of my life. I can wholeheartedly recommend him as both a therapist and a friend.

My marriage relationship felt like drowning in an ocean of confusion and conflict. Ken helped clarify and simplify the issues I faced, and then to begin to really understand my spouse and her emotions. Then as time went on Dr Gabel was a regular and stable part of my life, keeping me focused using his heartwork concepts. When I felt panicked and hopeless Ken invariably calmed me and steered me back on course.

Very warm, congenial, welcoming person. I felt comfortable from the start. His demeanor is receptive and thoughtful. And his coaching and therapy is a product of his vast experience. I can't say enough good about Ken. I enjoyed every session with him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Gabel. He was compassionate and patient as he taught me skills to understand and approach conflict in my relationship. He taught me to watch for responses that build mutual accountability and restore trust. He provided a safe and trusting relationship to work together. Again, I recommend him highly. Very appreciative for his guidance and help.

I worked with Ken for about 7 months. In that time I found his suggestions to be very helpful in navigating a difficult conflict within my family. Ken is insightful and his process for resolving conflict centers on respect, compassion and empathy. Most importantly, his methods, which are derived from many years of experience, work very well.

Dr Gabel is welcoming and encouraging. He gained my trust almost immediately. His office is a safe non judgmental space that allowed me to explore dark places and memories that have been lurking for decades. I have been able to face my traumas and find myself in the process. Dr Gabel allowed for me to start and stop as I needed so that there was no pressure. It was hard work and I’m definitely able to navigate life on healthy terms rather than as a victim. I can’t thank him enough.
