Upon arrival to my appointment, I was greeted by the front desk. No wait time I was immediately pretested and then the doctor saw me. Dr. Brian Boyer explained my vision to me. when picking up my frames,I told staff what type I was interested in and they showed me options to choose from. This was my first time at this office, but I will definitely be going back. The staff was knowledgeable and the office was clean and well put together.
I initially made an appointment with Dr. Boyer to get new lenses for my pricey titanium frames. My prescription required bifocals, so I requested progressive bifocal lenses. However, the lenses they made, while fine for distance vision, strained my eyes when reading. When I raised concerns, I was told to ‘get used to them.’ I found this response unsatisfactory.
