42 degrees and raining did not stop Ken Hope AC from arriving on time and installing a brand new 3 ton unit at my house. Been using Ken Hope since I moved here in 1999 and they have always provided top notch service and sales at great prices. Very responsive. Ken contacted me directly and set me up with just what I needed to get my flood water damaged unit replaced and raised to protect against future floods. Ken's crew was on-site within two days and had all work completed in less than one day.

Installed a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval York A/C and Gas Furnace with a 10 Year Parts and Labor Warranty with Ken Hope Air Conditioning in May of 2020 and have had high humidity and other issues ever since. His hard working men became like family to me because they were out so much. In October of last year things got really bad and they were out all of the time through the holidays.
