This is a very bad company, beware of dealing with it. I usually don't write a bad review for any company. But this company deserves a bad and deserved evaluation. Bad customer service. Bad maintenance. Beware of them
If there less 1 star i will do ! In August 2023, my air conditioner stopped cooling. I contacted "Ken hope," a company recommended to me by the home's previous owner, who had been a regular client of theirs. He had informed me that the AC units were under warranty and that we needed to transfer the coverage into my name. A technician arrived and explained that the AC's drainage line was clogged and required cleaning. He performed the work, left me with a $100 invoice, and departed. Great service from the staff who answered the phone to Don who did the AC service. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job. Reasonably priced and we’ll definitely be using their services annual.
Just a huge "Thank You" to Ken Hope Air Conditioning & Heating. Our AC unit decided to quite working this week and of course I called Ken Hope Air Conditioning & Heating. Don (Technician) was here within a couple of hours and had us up and running within 45 minutes or less. Don has been here several times--knows his stuff and is always a pleasure to work with.
