Bradley was a very pleasant and very prompt , he quickly diagnosed the problem & found the fault. Quoted the price to replace the worn out switch assembly & had one in his van , he didn’t try to upswell the job but he did advise me on what I will need upgrade in the near future as most of the circuit breakers are outdated & due for replacement he was surprisingly quick & I will ask for him again when we are ready to upgrade the switch box , my dogs liked him so he must have a great character

Absolutely fantastic service! From the moment I booked over the phone to the actual replacement today, everything was smooth, professional, and friendly. Jake rang me 30 mins before arrival as requested and arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while completing the work quickly and efficiently. We upgraded a vanity and water closet. Tom W and his able assistant did the work from Ken Hall plumbing. We were really pleased with the finished product. Tom handled the challenges, the install and site clean up to a high standard. We would highly recommend his work to others.

Had Nathan from Ken Hall out today for a new hot water system install. He got here early and went above and beyond. Very friendly, great craftsmanship and cleaned up once he was done. Would definitely get Ken Hall out again.

Kris P from Ken Hall was an absolute legend. He replaced our evaporative cooler filter pads with brand new ones and gave the whole system a much overdue clean and service! The best thing about Kris is that he arrived perfectly on time, was really friendly and did a great job. I'll just add that Ken Hall's pricing is a bit expensive but the quality of work is great and the fact that the staff arrive on time and are prepared (with a supportive office team you can always immediately contact if needed) makes it worth it.
