We'd. 13th rang at 1400 for urgent service. Was given a time 1700 later adjusted to 1900. Waited until 2200 and cancelled the service for Thursday. Matt arrived at about 1000. Gave me 3 quotes. Went for most expensive one $2000+. Big job, I was angry with Ken Hall but not with Matt. He did a great job the long delay was not his fault. I paid my account owing and now we have water back.
My wife needed a fan/light replaced in her bedroom, phoned Ken Hall Electrical and was able to have the job completed the next day. The electrician (James) did a perfect job, no mess, no fuss, felt very comfortable talking and listening to him. Two weeks later James returned to update the lighting in my kitchen and again another perfect job. Fully recommend.
