Absolutely fantastic service! From the moment I booked over the phone to the actual replacement today, everything was smooth, professional, and friendly. Jake rang me 30 mins before arrival as requested and arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while completing the work quickly and efficiently. We were pleased that Tom was able to do the work for us. He replaced our bathroom mixer tap a couple of weeks ago and noticed our water pressure was far too high. Today he connected a pressure regulator and also replaced the ball valve to our evaporative air conditioner. He did a great job and we no longer have any annoying water hammer. He left the garden nice and tidy. Thank you so much. Michael and Judith Jeffries.

Jai, Thomas and Ryan. Came and installed our new Heat pump water heater. What a wonderful team. Explained everything that was done and could be done. Plus Jared and Keeley came and quoted. All fantastic customer service. Highly recommend and will call again for all repairs.

Had Nathan from Ken Hall out today for a new hot water system install. He got here early and went above and beyond. Very friendly, great craftsmanship and cleaned up once he was done. Would definitely get Ken Hall out again.

Bradley was a very pleasant and very prompt , he quickly diagnosed the problem & found the fault. Quoted the price to replace the worn out switch assembly & had one in his van , he didn’t try to upswell the job but he did advise me on what I will need upgrade in the near future as most of the circuit breakers are outdated & due for replacement he was surprisingly quick & I will ask for him again when we are ready to upgrade the switch box , my dogs liked him so he must have a great character
