I had a wonderful experience at Ken Gordy. Tyler, Jared was fantastic. He listened to me. He saw what I needed and showed me the truck that was best suited for my towing needs and by God that Ford truck was just built for Towing backing, assist everything. It had everything and it was $14,000 cheaper than the Denali that didn't have any of that. I went to KG on Sunday February 1st to have a look at what they had in inventory for Maverick Lobo's. Zero need to buy, but if the numbers worked and they had the exact spec I wanted then it was a possibility. I drove in, and Tavo was there to greet me. I want to start off by acknowledging that I’m aware that automotive work is full of surprises and it’s not quick. However, today would have been a first and last visit, had it not been for Kev Fierro. Kev noted that I was upset when my vehicle’s oil change had gone way over the ETA I was given (1.5 over).
