Bought a 2026 explorer. Best experience in purchasing a car. Worked with Tyler and received excellent service. He was patient and got me the car I wanted from another dealer. He then came in on his day off to personally made sure he was the one to go over all the things the car could do. A wonderful experience. My Finance gentleman was equally patient with me also. Joshua worked hard with me also. Great job for Ken Grody for hiring great men. Great staff all around.
I had a wonderful experience at Ken Gordy. Tyler, Jared was fantastic. He listened to me. He saw what I needed and showed me the truck that was best suited for my towing needs and by God that Ford truck was just built for Towing backing, assist everything. It had everything and it was $14,000 cheaper than the Denali that didn't have any of that. I went to KG on Sunday February 1st to have a look at what they had in inventory for Maverick Lobo's. Zero need to buy, but if the numbers worked and they had the exact spec I wanted then it was a possibility. I drove in, and Tavo was there to greet me. I told him what I was looking for and told him straight up, I already own a Maverick. I have a good payment and there's a high likely hood I'm not buying anything. Just looking.
