I want to start off by acknowledging that I’m aware that automotive work is full of surprises and it’s not quick. However, today would have been a first and last visit, had it not been for Kev Fierro. Kev noted that I was upset when my vehicle’s oil change had gone way over the ETA I was given (1.5 over). My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Ken Grody Ford for years. (Even before it was Ken Grody.) The service was good when it was Redlands Ford and has only gotten better after KG took over. Our main guy in the service dept is Jeff. He has been professional, kind and helpful. We trust him and know that we can count on him to do right by us. We moved to Arizona seven years ago. We could not find a competent mechanic within fifty miles of our home. Tried calling since last week to get an oil change, first they said first come first serve and then I got there and they asked if I had an appointment, tried again today and no one answers the phone, awful service
Just recently bought a truck from and sherif was absolutely amazing, very helpful and honest, made the whole experience a breeze highly recommend buying a vehicle from them
