Terrible service. Had to bring my car in for a recall because my door wouldn’t close. Dropped it off Thursday at 7am and was told I would receive updates and calls from Raul. Literally received no updates. Called Monday and has transferred to voicemails too many times to remember. Finally after 5 days I got an update that the part was not there.
