Do not do business with Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne. Our experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing, and we feel completely misled. When we purchased our vehicle, the finance rep, Eric Harms, sold us an expensive extended warranty by describing it as essentially bumper-to-bumper coverage. He specifically gave us examples like if the electronics or DVD player failed, it would be covered. I had an incredible experience at Ken Garff Ford of Cheyenne! Bob made the entire process of buying a vehicle for my daughter easy and stress-free. Eric in financing was equally fantastic. Honestly, the whole team went above and beyond.... especially knowing I was coming from Denver. They made sure everything was seamless, buttoned up, and honestly, just it was just great to work with them! I can’t thank them enough for their care, professionalism, and going that extra mile! Ya so im absolutely sick and tired of trying to get ahold of these people. I have sent so many emails, left multiple messages per week for the last month, no one ever answers, returns calls or emails. Tried canceling a service contract, theh said 8 weeks to see the refund? What a joke. Terrible customer service. Called my bank, they have no word from them on a check. Been 9 weeks. Still paying for the contract but it's cancelled. As others have stated, this is the worst Ford service department in the USA. Since moving here 10 years ago I have never had a good experience with this place. Recently I scheduled an oil change so I drop it off at 745 AM and get a shuttle to work. I was told it would be done by 10 AM. I call to check multiple times because I need my truck back by 1 PM. I finally get a text at 130 saying it would be done by 230 PM. I call the shuttle and get a ride to the dealer at 215 PM only to arrive and see my truck sitting in the same s... read more
