A Ford dealership that actually wants to sell cars and works with the customer in an upfront manner without the games! Great sales staff and financing.
Parker and Adam were both great. We had a “disagreement” at the beginning about not needing financing. I 100% overreacted and didn’t handle it the way I should have. The next day my normal financial place had policy changes that was going to cause a lot more work to get the financing and I didn’t feel like waiting ( I have gotten 8-10 loans through said bank and never been late on a payment, I took it kind of personal). Brandon was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with! He got me out of my 2016 corolla and into the car I’ve always wanted. I was unsure about the purchase at first but him and his manager made sure I was taken care of.
It actually hurts me to write this review. When other brands of Ken Garff say "don't go to Ford," that is a huge red flag. Unfortunately, I bought my Ford from Ken Garff Ford (great experience then) and that is who my service contract was through. If you think you'll get special treatment for being a family member of an employee, think again. I bought a car in December 2024 from Ken Garff in Cheyenne Wy. The seller Angel told me I had a muffler issue and the ford mechanic fixed it. I decided to take the car to Estes for my birthday weekend less than a month after I bought the car.. going 80mph my drive shaft pulled out my transmission, ON THE INTERSTATE.
