UPDATE: I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at Ken Garff Ford of Cheyenne and feel compelled to share my concerns to warn others. This review is in regards to my husbands truck and his experience with Ken Garff Ford company in Cheyenne Wyoming service center. Saturday September 6, 2025 took my truck in for full service oil change, which I had made an appointment for earlier in the week had to speak with an AI fake phone person which you are not able to give them full details.
