First time bringing my truck here and great service and everyone was helpful and friendly. They didn’t try to upcharge me for services I thought I needed. I can tell by that they are genuine people and honest.
Ken Garff is extremely active in the community and supportive of youth activities. That’s why we took our business there. Their sales staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. We had a great experience. We will certainly go back.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment, was on time, and said I was going to wait, not drop off. After two hours, I inquired about the time. They hadn’t even started my service. An oil change. They took another hour to get it done. They do not honor appointments and apparently you just have to get in line. 3 hours and it would have been longer if I hadn’t complained. Go elsewhere
