Do not contemplate buying or having it serviced or accessorized here unless you are willing to go back multiple times to have things fixed that were installed incorrectly or you have days upon days and endless amount of patience, money and time to get your vehicle serviced accessorized or repaired, if at all. At this point outside of Jeff, who is great with the service department I would not take my old lawn mower here to get the oil changed.
Went in just looking at a used vehicle and ended up having an awesome salesman and manager and walked away with a brand new vehicle. Everything was super easy and I was explained everything in great detail. There was lots of communication and everyone was extremely friendly!
Recent experience at Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne ... While your team promptly and professionally took care of the main issue (Rodent damage to TPS) the secondary issue (Hardtop air leak) was dismissed. I've been mentioning the leak for over 2 years at every service. I was able to speak to the technician who yes drove it searching for the leak and he assured me there is no leak.
