Technician David Gomez and Service Advisor Collin Rees both get 6/5 stars. Collin is, without a doubt, the best high volume dealerahip Service Advisor I've ever worked with. David (technician) did a fantastic job taking care of all my concerns, even taking extra time to make sure the coolant swap was completed correctly with all air bubbles completely removed from the system. This is my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, and thought it was a good experience but now I can’t help but feel swindled. I drove the truck for 120 miles before a check engine light came on for the exhaust which is an expensive repair that I wont be able to afford, and I bought a newer truck with a warranty to avoid having any issues, but this is the one thing not covered.
