My car air conditioner and I have been feuding for about 2 months. The service people at Henry Day, where I bought my car, have been diligent and professional in working to find the problem. We thought it may be a $1300 compressor, but at the last minute Don and his team found the problem...a $4 o-ring. Could they have charged me for an unnecessary compressor? Yes. Did they do that? No! Called on Saturday, no problem showed up on time , the service advisor and the service team took care of my car. Just like I would hope. 50k for a car isn't much but they treated my car first class all the way

I brought my car in because of a recall letter I received. The manager that helped me was wonderful! I ask him about a new key and my door code.
