I was having trouble 1300 miles from home. They didn't have the part i needed but helped me locate it at a different dealership and gave me assistance to get me there. I didn't get the young lady in services name or the gentleman in parts but they were lifesavers!
I really love the friendliness of the parts, employees and the fact that they remember me and most of my details off the top of their head. Reminds me why VW owners are just extra special unfriendly to each other.
When I call these guys they send me in a circle talking to everyone until you hang up, so they don’t have to do any maintenance on my vehicle is my guess
