Ya so im absolutely sick and tired of trying to get ahold of these people. I have sent so many emails, left multiple messages per week for the last month, no one ever answers, returns calls or emails. Tried canceling a service contract, theh said 8 weeks to see the refund? Wasted my time and gas. Drove 200miles to look at a used car. Pre-approved for the purchase amount, paperwork in hand. Refused to provide a purchase order prior to me making the drive, then wasted so much time trying to "beat my financing" time ran out and my bank is now closed. I'm sure it's just a tactic to force you to use their financing. Also vehicle had dry rot cracked and bald tires which were not represented. Bought a truck from the previous owners of this dealership far better customer service and maintenance. Now I have to leave my truck for a whole day just to get them to look at the paint that's peeling on a 2021 truck. Alternative solution was to call Toyota care like that will help.
Carl did a great job at making my experience very pleasant. I’m so glad I went with this dealership over the others!
