The mechanics are great here, but the process is terrible. This is probably the 10th appointment I’ve had here, and they have yet to get me in anywhere near my appointment time. The quickest they’ve been is two hours. Today, I had to complain that it was a half hour after my scheduled appointment, and the vehicle I’d brought in hadn’t even moved inside yet. Two hours for an oil change is ridiculous. If you can drop your vehicle and pick it up at the end of the day, do that. Do not plan on them honoring your appointment time.
Customer service is top-tier. From calling in to picking up was an excellent experience. I took my car to another service shop in town, and was told Toyota would not take my vehicle because of the brand. That couldn’t be further from the truth. They were extremely knowledgeable and very transparent all the way through the process. They even ruled out a pretty expensive repair the other shop diagnosed. Always a great experience coming to their top tier service department. Linda Vandever always goes above and beyond when taking care of customers. Would reccomend everyone comes to this service department.
Have had multiple leases as well as vehicle service here and been very satisfied.
The service is usually over priced and so are the parts. Just find three parts you need on rock auto and then see what the maintenance quote is. Maybe in 6 wells you'll be able to get your vehicle in.
