Out of state buyer that purchased a 2022 Nissan Leaf and had delivered from this dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle shows extensive pre-existing damage — including dents, scratches, scuffs, and most importantly, a cracked windshield. I noticed the parts cost are %110 more at this toyota, as I priced check from shops in town. When I pulled up to check in for my appointment no one greeted me it was awkward not knowing if I was in the right place. I will not come back to this toyota, poor customer service and a upcharge on parts I was disappointed because I have had a great experience at many toyota dealerships, but this one was not one I would recommend to anyone. It's worth the drive to Colorado toyota.
The mechanics are great here, but the process is terrible. This is probably the 10th appointment I’ve had here, and they have yet to get me in anywhere near my appointment time. The quickest they’ve been is two hours. Today, I had to complain that it was a half hour after my scheduled appointment, and the vehicle I’d brought in hadn’t even moved inside yet. Two hours for an oil change is ridiculous. If you can drop your vehicle and pick it up at the end of the day, do that. Do not plan on them honoring your appointment time.
Customer service is top-tier. From calling in to picking up was an excellent experience. I took my car to another service shop in town, and was told Toyota would not take my vehicle because of the brand. That couldn’t be further from the truth. They were extremely knowledgeable and very transparent all the way through the process. They even ruled out a pretty expensive repair the other shop diagnosed.
