My last oil change was fast and efficient
Happy with the service nice people
Simple oil change left the engine compartment, undercarriage and my garage floor a mess of oil. Additionally, the splash guard was missing from the undercarriage. The dealership claimed it was missing when I arrived, a statement I cannot confirm or deny. I would hope a large chunk falling off my truck would be noticeable but, my word against theirs. The service rep did the best he could but clearly had little authority.
Very thorough and attentive even with all my crazy questions.
Employee pricing was great until you get to the finance office and they try to ram paint protection, vehicle tracking. Seriously, you know that the ford app has vehicle tracking included. Don't let these folks scam you into buying these $4,000 of additional charges.
