Where do I begin with one of the most unpleasant and uncomfortable experiences at a dealership for trying to take 'advantage' of my PREPAID AdvantageCare package……. it is supposed to come with a full oil change, tire rotation, and a car wash. First off, I was not even approached for service when bringing my car in for service which Jerry Seiner is quite diligent about (I previously owned a Kia).
