This review in general, yes goes out to this whole business for being great but in specific this one is for JANDY, remember that name because she’s who you want to go see if you need a car. I came in with a tough situation and she was enthusiastic, encouraging and determined to give me a win after a really really rough time lately. Great experience with great people, second car we have purchased from the Nissan Riverdale location. Always treated fair, great service department as well. Best oil change deal around.
Service department was rude. I pulled up to get a routine oil change and no one acknowledged I was there. I walked into their office and there were three people, all face down on computers. A few minutes later, one of them said in a sacastic tone "one of us will be with you soon" once acknowledged by one of them, I explained what I was hoping to do and was told "theres a grip of service going on..." i understand being busy, but that's no reason to be rude. I won't do business with Ken Garff again.
