Worst Hyundai ever!!! Tried all day to get ahold of the service department and didn’t once get an answer!! ALL DAY!! So crazy how many times I tried, shame on them all.
I wish I could give Luis at Ken Garff 10 stars! Luis was amazing from start to finish! We had a terrible experience at Velocity down the street that wouldn’t let us do our own financing. I called and spoke with Luis to see if they would let us do our own financing and he said yes of course. He immediately jumped into action to help us find the right car. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this location to be serviced. My 2019 Hyundai Kona was having issues so I brought it in to this location to take a look at it. The communication at first was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and did their best to get to the bottom of the situation. I was told that they had found the issue and fixed it.
