I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I had my vehicle repaired here just three days ago. After picking it up, I experienced the same issue again—the car shuts off while driving. I returned expecting the dealership to inspect the repair and stand behind their work. Instead, the service advisor told me I would have to pay another diagnostic fee before they would even look at the vehicle. Recently bought a new car from Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown. The salesman, Carlos, was incredible to work with. He promptly answered all my questions and proactively gave me updates all along the way. And the financing team (Jose and Chris) were excellent. Chris just started and Jose was training him and they both did a great job. Clearly walked me through my options and made the process very easy. Great experience all around. Highly recommended!
