We have purchased five vehicles from this dealership in the last six years, and on three of them we have purchased extended warranties. The appointment for this warranty work was made well over a month in advance and was planned out due to complications in the logistics. Gentlemen by the name of Brayden and Zack were amazing at finding me a good reliable vehicle to purchase at Ken Garff Hyundai in downtown Salt Lake City. They really worked hard and went above and beyond to take good care of me. I buy ALL my cars at Ken Garff Hyundai (for well over 30 years). I moved to California 5 years ago and just bought my new car at Ken Garff Hyundai while visiting SLC. I am a devoted customer. Great service!
Service department worst ever been to. They said 2 days ended up being 5!!! For a water pump at 20,000 miles!!!. And they forgot to tell us that they were closed for a Monday holiday. Was on hold with service, call center, etc for over 2 hours trying to get update on day 5. BEWARE
