Good place the process takes to long I was there for 2 or three hours
I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape with only 108k miles on it. I picked up the car on a Sunday and the check engine light was on and grey smoke came from the exhaust for about 5 mins. The grey exhaust went away, but the check engine light did not. Within 500 miles the engine blew. After reporting my issue to the dealership, they have told me that there is nothing they can do.
