I personally don’t mind car shopping. But my husband loathes it like the fire pits of H-E-double hockey sticks! Alex that works in sales gets all the gold stars. He made sure to get us in, out, and on the road in less than 4 hours. He answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. We have officially found our place that we will purchase all future cars from!! GREAT place and team to work with there!!!
After the purchase of my IONIQ 5 I made an appointment to have a tailgate rattle kit installed. I drove all the way from Logan to SLC for my appointment. The service guy took the car and said he’d call me back in about an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours and heard nothing so I came back to the dealership and waited another half hour because there was nobody at the service desk. This is a review of their service department. Laura is the absolute best and a delight to work with. Everytime I come in, i hope that Laura will be the one helping me out because she is kind and attentive and knows how to figure things out. In contrast, everyone else I've run into in this service department actively ignores me when I come in and continues to until Laura is available to help me. So, I guess this is really a review of Laura more than anything else!
These guys will basically do anything to give you the worst deal possible. Luckily I got out of it, but there’s a lot better places you can go for a much better deal. I truly wouldn’t ever go here or recommend it to anyone.
Great buying experience, from helping me pick the right car to first class finance and delivery. My 2nd car from Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown, highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.
