The service center is an absolute ripoff. I've been here 3 times and had a bad experience each time with different reps and technicians. They overcharge massively. They communicate poorly. The customer service is poor. And frankly, the vehicle service I do not trust. I strongly advise avoiding this place and finding an independent repair shop. I have to comment about sales manager, Jake Folkerson, who went to great lengths to earn my business and help me think through the dizzying process of buying a car. Despite my own misperception that I knew what I wanted, Jake patiently, over a period of several days, answered my myriad questions, provided innumerable quote adjustments, and went to the trouble of chasing down vehicles across the state that could potentially be acquired by the dealership to placate my crazy demands.
