Andrew newton is the best in the car repair shop I have no idea what I’m talking about when it comes to cars and he doesn’t make me feel dumb and talks to me in an easy way I can understand to not overpay for things I don’t need. Love this place!

Very disappointed with the service at Ken Garff Honda Salt Lake City. I brought my Honda CR-V in for a coolant leak diagnosis and experienced poor communication throughout the process. The diagnosis included a recommendation for a transmission service that had already been performed at this dealership less than four months ago and under 10,000 miles ago, which made me question the accuracy of their recommendations.
