Ed Jepsen took really good care of us. He explained the process of buying a brand new car and trading in an old car even though we live out of state. The very next day there was a problem with my window and so I took it into service Ed and the store manager put me at top priority and took care of me. They rolled out the red carpet. Great salsa crew, quick and painless
The salesman, Brandon Crapo, was excellent! He answered all of my questions. He helped me talk with my insurance company when the insurance company agent didn't speak English well. He stayed late just so I could get my car insurance and could drive my vehicle home that night. I really appreciated how he went the extra mile.
