We contacted Ken Garff because we saw a car on the website that matched our criteria. Nina said they had the car and made an appointment for us for the following day with Mandy to see that car. When we arrived they said that the car was in the shop and the mechanic hadn't released it. We tried to get them to let us see it and Mandy said they (and we) weren't allowed back there. We just went in to get a car today and when we first got there there was no sales people that came to great us in the parking lot and we were kind of concerned that they were all busy and could not help us.
