Our new car was damaged in a parking lot hit and run. Our insurer, USAA, said we could take it anywhere but mentioned several shops, including Ken Garff in Riverdale, UT, near our home. I worked with Justin Smith at the shop. He was great. Kept me informed through the entire repair process and worked well with USAA. The day the car was finished, my wife was ill and could not drive. It’s sad because their work wasn’t bad, but when I picked up the car, the driving history showed that they took my Tesla performance and launched it 4 times. That’s how they test the dented bumper?!?! I don’t trust them.
Parts where hard to get. They where able to come up with a solution to get it back on track. Got my car back faster then indicated because of there fast acting solutions
The Ken Garff Body Shop & Glass team was AMAZING to deal with! Even though they were not on State Farms "preferred list" to go to I AM SO GLAD I WENT TO THEM!! I would do it again. Windshield connection that did the windshield there were great too!! Thank you Ken Garff Body & Glass, Tony and Brady were great to work with!!!!
