I visited the Ken Ganley Nissan at Medina for addressing a air bag warning sign on my Altima. After an hour of inspection, I was told they have to replace a component in the driver side air bag module and would cost me $980. While I accepted and was getting ready to receive a loaner car, someone called and told that I now need a different product that would cost me $2800. Vince in service is the man. He constantly is helping me battle Nissan for warranty work and he is relentless in his customer service. 10/10. Brand retention is won in the service department.

I have always taken my car to Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina. I have always received excellent service. . This last experience was no exception. Vincent kept me informed every step of the way. He even noticed a noise coming from under the car and fixed it without charge. I think that is great service!
