Very poor service, Terrible communication and very low quality of work. Brought my van for warranty repair. The work took 7 weeks. Very few loaner cars available so good luck getting one. The work came back incomplete and not fully functional. Would recommend going elsewhere for Nissan work. The dealership wrote that they would contact me and have not heard anything from them until I reached out to them 2 weeks later. Friendly and efficient
Do not buy from these people, they will scam you. They will conceal information and try to persuade you to buy some (warranty) for your car. Do not buy. They convinced me to buy some warranty but did not tell me actual price of it, then went ahead to include it in the contract which placed me at a high debt of 38k for a used car. Luckily I caught that. Also, their interest rates are crazy high pushing your car loan up. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Nissan when looking to purchase a car. I was severely upside down in an almost 10 year old car that was falling apart and I was turned down at other dealerships. They took care of me and put me in a newer Kia forte. Bobby Bray was awesome and I highly recommend him as a sales person. He explained everything thoroughly and that made me comfortable with making a deal. The young woman in finance was also awesome too! Thank you Ken Ganley!
