Had a very similar situation with Mr. Ian F******* as the other customer on thisI page. I lost a part and wondered if it was taken off in the car wash. When I asked if he could check the wash and see if it was there he became very hostile. He never once offered to find a solution or help me with replacing it at all. He only wanted to stress that it's not possible it happened in the wash. I live very close to that dealer and planned to continue doing business with them. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. I value each and every customer that visits our dealership. I vividly remember the scenario and I had pointed our the 5 broken retainers and I could not warrant the antenna ('sharkfin style) for the vehicle. Our car wash is brushless and we usually wash fifty or more vehicles daily without issue. If we can assist, I will be happy to take care of the labor portion for the antenna replacement.
