I purchased a car here. My salesman, ***** was a nice guy. He pulled the car up for the test drive and it was absolutely filthy. Inside and out. It also had around 3000 more miles on it then advertised. It turns out that one of the managers had been driving it for a couple months. Bad look for the manager and dealership. Had a very similar situation with Mr. Ian F******* as the other customer on thisI page. I lost a part and wondered if it was taken off in the car wash. When I asked if he could check the wash and see if it was there he became very hostile. He never once offered to find a solution or help me with replacing it at all. He only wanted to stress that it's not possible it happened in the wash. I live very close to that dealer and planned to continue doing business with them. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. I value each and every customer that visits our dealership. I vividly remember the scenario and I had pointed our the 5 broken retainers and I could not warrant the antenna ('sharkfin style) for the vehicle. Our car wash is brushless and we usually wash fifty or more vehicles daily without issue. If we can assist, I will be happy to take care of the labor portion for the antenna replacement.
