Zero if I could give it. **** and experience they are not a place I would recommend buying a car at. I bought a used car from them and literally within less than 24 hours engine codes started popping up. Then the convertible top fell apart. I can't even get the car to pass e-check to register it. Their response = too bad. The car stalls out randomly on the highway, or anywhere. It's dangerous and the response is a flippant "you need to have a mechanic take a look" and that comes from the ** at the top - ****** ****** IMHO on... read more

Say they have 2025 Pacifica available for a certain low price. Financing arrangements made, credit report ran. Mysteriously 2025 Pacificasold just hours before test drive. Salesman claims it was actually sold yesterday, but he didnt know. Dealership then tries to upsell you on the same exact 2026 model, but for a significantly higher price. Despite being sold, the 2025 model is still listed with a low price on dealership website. Bait and switch. Similar situation happened about 10 years. Financed a BRAND NEW Ram 1500 5.7 hemi torque here which has been noting but defective. At the time I was auto illiterate( currently still) but i noticed then addressed my concern about headlight that had water already runing inside the part in which my sales *** stated " Don't worry about it it's noting" .I've contacted countless times made countless attempts & was laughed at by a female manager, passed around departments to no avail, & hung up on.I haven't given up but it's continues to be dragged as the dealership continu... read more

Bought car off the parking lot in May. Alarm keeps going off randomly at hours of day and night. The good Used Car Sales Mgr has tried to make good but issue remains unresolved. We are working with the customer in getting this rectified. We sent the vehicle to the local Nissan Store and they were unable to locate the problem. Currently, Maurice my pre owned manager. Is working with the customer to trade her out. This is an unfortunate situation that we are working on resolution.

On day 3 of owning my car the check engine light came on. They said it was a “screw loose” then popped my tire test driving it and tried to blame me and patched it knowing they sold me dry rotted tires. Then the car developed a wobble after they hit something test driving my car for the check engine light. I’ve had NO help from them to take the car back after bringing it 3x to them personally and they can’t fix it and then to a licensed dealership and they wanted to involve an engineer. To Bob F****** I have bought all of my cars from Firkins, starting with my very first car, and have only gone to them for years. Recently, I had my Jeep towed in after making an appointment, but when it arrived they refused to accept it and would not even let the tow truck driver drop it off. In addition, my mother has had her vehicle serviced there multiple times and each time there were mistakes. Instead of admitting the errors, they acted as though it was her fault. Ran my credit 4+ times after we agreed to run it once. Then said the form they had me fill out to run it once gave them the right to run it 50 times. Then preceded to say that I am too incompetent to read the forms and that my dad should have taught me how to read better. All of this because they wouldn't accept my financing that I was already approved for.
