I would highly recommend Ken and his team . My mom passed away and we had to sell her place in Surrey. They went above and beyond with their understanding and compassion and professionalism. Ken looks after himself, not his sellers. On Aug 26, I retained Ken (Katrina & The Team - RE/MAX 2000) to list my property for sale, and just upon signing the agreement, *First red flag* he pitched me the doom and gloom in the market and lowered my original asking price below everyone else (after assessing the local comparables). *Second big reg flag* On that date and till today Sep 2, his REAL ESTATE LICENCE is INVALID and not valid with REMAX or real estate board website. *Third red flag* Once the listing was published a f... read more
