Pretty atrocious front desk staff, they never fail to have a bad attitude - especially Katie. They took over my old dentist’s clients when he retired, I really wish he didn’t. Be prepared for ridiculous rates/fees and being treated like a nuisance.
**Beware of Duluth Dental Group – Dishonest Billing Practices and Deceptive Management** I recently had a terrible experience with Duluth Dental Group that I feel compelled to share to warn others. This dental office falsely charged me $121 for x-ray services that should have been fully covered under my Delta Dental insurance plan. Dr. Cheng and staff have been wonderful. They are polite and always on time. The office is always clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend making Dr. Cheng your dentist.
