The Sunset Ridge Townhouse's are the absolute WORST place we have ever lived! We downsized and moved here for all the care of the common areas that is paid for in the ridiculous amount of money every month by the property management company. This past winter there were snow storms that they never even drove through once with a plow. The gutters are cleaned once a year so all of the wood fascia is rotted out because the gutters are jammed full of leaves and debris.
