OMG the people who run the inspection shop here are super sweet and VERY good at what they do. My entire family goes there for their inspections. The man who works there had me laughing my butt off. The woman who works there was super sweet to my elderly mother. Love this place!!
I paid Jesse over 1,00.00 to replace a motor for me. The day after I brought it home I kept having problems. I took it back and he said it was the transmission. I took it to AAmco and they said the transmission is good and asked me if i knew that the car was missing the rear motor mount aka transmission mount. I took it back and jesse pretended to be surprised and said that his brother was the one who forgot to put it in and when they searched the shop for the motor mount it was nowhere to be found. During the purchasing process, I asked to be shown AWD models, and was assured that the car I purchased was equipped with AWD. Paul even took the time during the test drive to explain how intuitive AWD works. Unfortunately, he either didn't have a good grasp on their inventory, or he was less than honest in his description of the car. Had an amazing experience here. No haggle price, mechanically sound vehicles to choose from. Never pushed or rushed at any time. Sales men, manager and finance guy were very informative and clear about everything. Thank you Hertz Orlando East!
I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle the last day of the month thinking there would be benefits...but no, apparently this is a myth barked the management. No perks, nothing extra, take it or leave it. The vehicle was "detailed" upon delivery...trash in the glove box, less than quarter tank of gas, and mats in the trunk rather than where they should have been.
Quick review: Karl was a terrific salesman. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My experience with the rest of the store was business-as-usual. Hard-sell tactics, condescending attitude, and all of the other attributes that make the Rochester-area car buying experience "special." As great as working with Karl was I can't recommend buying at the Hertz Webster store to anyone.

Do not trust this place! I dropped off my vehicle on May 26, 2015 after obtaining an estimate for a complete paint job and some minor auto repairs directly from owner, John Eller. I waited and waited over two months with a number of excuses and promises every time I called to check on it. I was told it would be ready in two days about 5 different times throughout those two months. Leon Valley is the Real Deal! They know what they're doing and they don't "stick it to you". Prices are very reasonable. This is the only repair shop I trust with my Mercedes Benz, besides the Mercedes dealer. But Leon Valley's prices are about half of what the dealer prices are. And they go above and beyond on service. I highly recommend this shop.
