I had a friend of mine who had their roof done by ken bird. It has leaked ever since he put it on. He refuses to come back and fix roof and ignores all phone calls. Worst roofer in town I am told!!

I paid Ken Bird 1/2 of the money upfront with the other 1/2 to come upon completion of the job. They said it would be done in a week. Over 2 months later there has been no work done and they won't answer my calls. I leave messages and they never call back. I called from a different phone and they answered because they thought it could be a new customer. They gave me more lame excuses. It would be difficult to run a more unprofessional business!

We spoke to Ken Bird back at the beginning of October 2013 about our roof. He promised us that he could have the roof done by the end of October. We trusted him since he seemed like a nice enough guy. So on October 7, 2013 I brought him half of the total amount of the roof as stated in the contract. By the end of October we had heard nothing so I called and they said the were behind a little and that they would get to us first to second week of November.
