I brought my XT6 in for some warranty fixes. I originally thought my local dealership (Corpus Christi) had fixed everything but sadly they didn’t. I had the pleasure of working with Alex who helped me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. Zach in sales, and the service manager (sorry, forgot name) were a pleasure working with! Had my vehicle shipped to this location from another Sewell Cadillac (also in TX) and both parties were easy to work with! Deal was as transparent as can be, and made the process so much easier than expected.
