Cant say enough about this service departmenT! We were out of town on vacation and ran into a little car trouble. Robert, Will and the rest of their team, got us into a loaner and made sure our car was ready for us to leave town Sunday morning. Thanks for allowing us to have a great vacation without having to worry about our car!!
What can one say when a car dealership sets the bar so high? Mike is an amazing employee wouldn't even call him a salesman he definitely deserves high praise for his thorough communication and commitment to providing excellent customer service I'm sticking to Sewell Cadillac for any future purchases: thanks again to Michael Henneberry for making this process one of the best I've ever experienced!
The customer service is wonderful. My only complaint, which they have no control over, is that I purchased the bumper-to-bumper warranty that should cover the tires, windshield, and rims. It was a waste of money because when I tried to use it, the insurance company they used would not warranty a blown tire. It's been months since I put in a claim for the windshield after it cracked because of a rock and I'm still waiting for it to be approved for replacement.
I purchased a 24' escalade v last year from Jacob. During a service appointment the door was scratched. Service repainted 2 doors with out blending edges and ITS OBVIOUS!!!. This place has a great sales team but THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SAD. Devaluing Vehicles. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR PURCHASE OR SERVICE TO THIS DEALER.
