What an incredible experience. Luis Barboza, great job! We found a nice used car for our daughter for a fair price, maybe one of the least expensive units on the lot. We felt as if we were buying a $90,000 car, treated with respect and kindness.

Incredible experience I had purchasing my Escalade. From start to finish, every person I interacted with made me feel valued and well cared for. The ABS light on my 2014 SRX came on. I brought it to Sewell and the service agent said that is a part GM no longer makes and we can’t help you. He mentioned the name of some other place that might be able to help but didn’t offer to give me the number Nor did he offer to call them to see if they could help. I went to the other automotive place and they recommended buying an aftermarket part from eBay which I did. Then they said they couldn’t reprogram it because the Vin numbers didn’t match.. Their customer service is top notch. After dealing with horrible service at Cavenders we decided to try Sewell and they’ve been the absolute best to work with when I bought my new 2025 Cadillac Escalade. I’d highly recommend Bailey in sales and Will in service. I plan to be a customer for life.

Service center are liars. I took my XT5 to the service department because the AC wasn't blowing cold. After agreeing to pay the diagnostic fee (over $300), they took about two hours before they told us it would be $5k to repair because the evaporator coil had a leak and that means they have to remove the dash, blah, blah, blah. I called around and found out I could get the evaporator coil replaced for about $3k from reputable mechanics.
