I purchased a truck through Michael Henneberry (sales) and Nick Carlton (sales manager) that was misrepresented in multiple ways. After hearing about the way Andrew Gilmore runs his sales department, ill stay as far away from this place as possible. After leaving here and willing to spend upwards of 100 thousand dollars, he dropped the ball on serving his community and sent us out the door packing. I called ahead and meticulously provided the make, model, year, and mileage of my vehicle, and was assured that service would be possible. Upon arrival, I was informed that, contrary to what I had been told, they would not service my car due to its mileage and lack of prior history with the dealership. The ABS light on my 2014 SRX came on. I brought it to Sewell and the service agent said that is a part GM no longer makes and we can’t help you. He mentioned the name of some other place that might be able to help but didn’t offer to give me the number Nor did he offer to call them to see if they could help.
