Date of Service: Balance was paid on the day they came out on Sept 11th 2023. The day of service we added another $1300 for a big tree and grinding of all trees and removal of logs. Avoid Ken B Tree Service. They seem to have a few recommendations on Nextdoor, but if you look at the Better Business Bureau or any online reviews, their reputation is terrible, and for good reason. They are dishonest and dangerous. I've had tree work done in the past and they take down trees in small parts to manage it safely with the employees safely secured. Seeing KenB's crew work in my neighbor's backyard was terrifying—they worked recklessly and as quickly as possible without using proper supporting gear for the men in... read more
