Came in for oil change and Raheem was awesome. 10/10 for customer service, explained everything he was doing, & completed in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend this place.
Please do not go to this place!! They are a rip off. My alternator got bad and car would not turn on. I googled a repair shop and this place was the closest. Guy saw that I was stuck and tried to take advantage. He told me it would cost $650 to replace the alternator, he was out of him mind. He must’ve thought I didn’t know jack about cars. Ended up towing my vehicle for $150 to Astoria and got it replaced there for $240. These guys are a bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs!!
Efficient reliable and got good deals on oil change. They offer free towing. Their prices for their services are reasonably low compared to other places in the area and they use genuine parts. Have been coming here for couple of year and in the future.
Great place to get the service done fast. I would highly recommend them because they showed me why they would need to service specific parts and reason behind it. I will be returning back as customer because of the dedication shown by the mechanics.
I've been a satisfied customer's of Ken's since 2015. You never know what will break with a sixteen year old vehicle. Since, I can't afford another car, I've had to replace brakes, suspension, electrical, cooling, oil filter housing, etc. Ken has overseen work done on my vehicle, for my benefit, safety, and not just for financial gain.
