What a terrible experience. My husband and I are seniors. My husband is a disabled vet. We hired Kenneth Arnold and Associates for a remodel to add a bedroom, bathroom and roof. Over a year later and our roof has leaked 7 times. We finally had to walk into their office after sending a certified letter that they "didn't have time to get" because they were very busy.
