Ultimately, I blame myself because I went with Ken and Courtney’s pricing / open house strategy when I had the advice of multiple realtors and data showing it was way off (too high). I got greedy. I end up getting no offers at the review date, and end up selling likely below what it could have sold if it had been priced lower with multiple bids competing. Nice people though.
We hired Courtney and Ken to sell our Edmonds condo. It was critical to sell quickly and receive a fair price for the condo due to a health issue in the family. Courtney provided key advice for preparing the condo for sale and we did exactly what she recommended. The condo never looked better.
