If I could give ZERO stars I would. This property management company has continually been suspect in all of their dealings. Currently they are arguing with me about me having a disability and my ESA as well as installing smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors that are currently sitting on my counter? They are unlawfully charging for items that are clearly stated as landlord's responsibility in their own lease. Unprofessional and RUDE. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Upon move-in, the yard was overgrown with sumac, and there were holes in the walls. The yard was not mentioned in the move-in inspection. Later, when we left, we were charged around $500 for yard neglect and for shades in the kitchen that were never there originally. These were only two among a couple of other pre-existing problems they charged us for in the final inspection. They took our deposit money for "improvements" on items we were not responsible for. Aggus realty has been so wonderful to us.
Worst experience so far with landlords... They harass you, lie to you and about you to your next rental, and steal your deposit at the end... And you have to wait 60 days to get anything left over... I had 2150 for a deposit they took 1200... Maintenance is inexperienced... Job prior he was a cook!!! They are terrible people to work with or rent from... I would stay far far away
