I would give zero stars if I could. This has been by far the worst experience of a property managment I have had in my 15 years of renting. Buckle up, it is story time: It came to our attention that the owner of our property has been illegally allowing his homeless son and friends to squat in our exterior garage, and smoke dope in there as well. They work with slumlords that allow people to illegaly inhabit the detached garage on their rental property while lying to tenants about it and letting us front the electric bill. Update: they have done nothing to clean up the human waste left on the property after multiple days of requesting. They have done nothing to address our security concerns. This review is for fellow contractors: if you are prepared to waste your time with a company that wants the work done for decades old pricing and make you jump through unnecessary hoops to do business with them, then have at it. This is a typical bottom dollar rental company. They expect high quality professional work to be done for pennies. I've been using Aggus Realty to manage my rental property for about 3 years. I'm happy enough with their service that I would not go back to self managing my rentals. I managed my own for about 20 years, but would sell rather than self manage today because of abusive government regulations.
