The doctors were very kind to me at this clinic, I can't say the same about the staff. When I call to inquire about something they are super passive aggressive and honestly straight up rude. Specifically Diana over the phone extremely rude to me when I asked a question and I am someone who does not use this clinic often and am not a regular. What is the point of having a family physician if when you NEED care and attention they don't answer the phone, or return phone calls? I have never experienced such poor service from an office as I have with this one. My partner has a broken rib, a hernia flare up and bronchitis and the receptionist couldn't be bothered to do her job and get him an appointment. Dr. Malek, you need new staff or some serious help as this is NOT the way to treat your patients.
Feel super lucky to be patients here, our doctor is an absolute saint. Reception works efficiently, booking a few weeks out for non emergent and within 1-3 days for more emergent cases.
Our doctor is in a group of physicians. We like him and are happy to even have a doctor. They have clinic on Saturdays for their patients.
