Very clean & comfortable, I had trouble going to sleep, using the nose only device, then Vincent put on the full face mask went to sleep about 2:00pm they wake you at 5:15am, came home & went to sleep. Vincient, was very accommodating & Professional, felt safe there & comfortable.

Good attentive care during visit. But if you have any issues with your equipment ongoing, there is little or no support. Try following up with one of the respiratory clinicians or a "clinical directors" and good luck. They don't answer the line, you will always get voice mail and if you leave a message, they will not listen to it. You must call the appointment staff and have them relay the message. Its highly frustrating, little follow up or support. :(
Had sleep study done nurse was excellent. Bed was comfy. BUT, room was noisy, no air movement and not very clean. To go to the bathroom you had to leave your room in your underwear. Really???!!! Didn’t fall asleep until 4:30 am. so i guess not much study on my sleep. Go to a different place, this place is horrible.
The on site staff are amazing but their office personal suck they don't answer phones they don't return calls they sent my results to the wrong doctor and now I can't even reach them....go else where if possible
