10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought 2 cars from Kempton. First car, 2021 Chevy Spark, was in the body shop for a month or so after an unfortunate incident. The body shop service advisors never keep you updated so you have to call to find out what's going on with your vehicle. Even though the body shop drops the ball on keeping the customers informed of what's going on with their vehicles, it was an alright car except the stereo and screen did some weird crap and the speakers sounded like it was under water. I reached out to this dealership multiple times for more information on a vehicle and received no response to my emails or texts. I eventually called and spoke with Armando, who said he would look into the information I needed and get back to me, but I never heard from him again. Most other dealerships I’ve worked with have been very responsive, so this experience was disappointing. I gave them several days and multiple opportunities to follow up, but nothing.
