Their service department is an absolute scam. I paid wayyyyyy to much to have them diagnose my volvo. The quoted repair price was astronomical. I had a local mechanic do it or 1/5 the price. Turns out their diagnoses was completely wrong. The repair they diagnosed was completely unnecessary. The problem still exists. This place has no integrity. Avoid this place and avoid these cars that they have no idea how to service .
We worked with Roger and he is literally the sweetest guy. He was so kind to my family, I would absolutely purchase from Roger again. The team there is also very very kind from the service team who came up and talked with me as my husband was setting up his profile in the car. The financing department was also stellar very very kind and I hope he enjoys his trip to Canada soon with his dogs. If you need a car I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Just got my new XC90 from this location. They were really great to work with and fast at getting what I wanted. Really happy with not only my new car but the service department as well. I've used them several times and they are just the best!! Roger helped me and he was so sweet! Thank you guys!!
Just purchased a new Volvo from Roger and his customer service was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was very personable and accommodating. I will be a repeat customer.
