Roger was very helpful and explain us all process. Everyone at Volvo canton is very friendly and customer oriented.
I have never heard of a Volvo branded dealership saying that I cannot schedule a service on a Volvo vehicle because it is too old (2009)... Meanwhile I can go on their website and manually schedule the service I need for that year of vehicle just fine. Talk about some mixed messaging there

They do not work on Volvo cars older then 2014 this is crazy if i own a Volvo it’s supposed to be a for life car and you guys can’t work on my car! This is unacceptable
