Aerotek promises you 3 months to get hired on multiple people have been here for more then a year and are still temps when you ask they tell you just hold on a little longer, but in reality youll only get hired on if someone quits or gets fired.too many leads without a title trying to impress the boss. Worked here for two years. Highly unclean and have super rude Team Leads/Bossses let alone i made complaint about one and ended up being terminated. Areotek says after 300 hours you can get hired..why do i know mulitiple temps in all departments not be hired or even get paid the correct wages
