After experiencing several care facilities with family multiple family members we struck gold with Kemper Houae. It is worth every penny for the peace of mind knowing that our dad is truly cared for by the ENTIRE care team. It is refreshing to actually visit and enjoy our time with dad instead of fighting for his dignity,respect, and simple human decency.
My father lived at Kemper House for over a year until he passed away. He had exceptional care there. I’d like to thank Deanna, Kathy, and Kristen for answering any questions I had. Natalie was so wonderful getting my dad involved and made him laugh. Nurse Crystal always watched for health changes and kept me updated with any concerns. One wonderful thing with Kemper is they cared for all residents, at all the levels of dementia and I didn’t have to worry about moving him somewhere else as he got to end stages. Thank you all.
Kemper House has been incredibly wonderful for my mom. Robbie from Kemper visited my mom (twice) while she was in the hospital. That never happened at any of the other 3 facilities she’s lived in. Natalie graciously gave us her time to transport my mom to & from an appt shortly after she moved in, and makes sure she’s getting out regularly. Marsha worked tirelessly with me to ensure her digital xrays were able to be sent to her doctor. These are just some of the many examples of care we’ve gotten here, above & beyond.
