I went in just before the Corona virus shut the store down. I had been in several times to look at Lazy-boy recliners. I thought it might be a great time to stop. Shelley the local manager was awesome. She was very courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable about the product and made great recommendations. Shelley was great to deal with and made purchasing the recliner easy and worked with me one on one . She also had it bubble wrapped for the trip home on a cloudy day.
