We got a recliner from Kemper and had a little trouble with a piece on.They sent someone out as soon as we told them about it . Excellent service.
Great service and delivery
My recent purchase of a Lazy Boy recliner was an extremely pleasant experience due to the assistance of Lisa Baxter. She was very helpful in showing me the complete collection, making my final choice much more difficult. I finally chose a power operated rocker recliner that is easy to operate and provides many options for reclining bliss.
5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! When you combine friendly and helpful staff, with beautiful items, amazing variety for all types of decor, and absolutely amazing prices..BEYOND IMPRESSED! Kemper Home Furnishing has beautiful selections for your entire home. Their customer service is EXCELLENT from the time you enter the store. They offer assistance, yet allow you time to look without being pressured. The ladies were extremely helpful with my recent purchase of a dining table and chairs. Delivery and set up was right on time. Melissa was my sales lady, so kind and helpful. Thank You!!!

While looking many places for the best furniture and the best prices we came to kempers. Erin had great customer service. Everything was delivered on time and they came and sit the room up for us. We will be shopping again with Kempers.
