We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Claire at Bloom dentistry today. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and so kind to my daughter who was nervous about her first visit. They truly made the effort to help my child feel comfortable and at ease, which made such a difference. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you stepped into a sweet little small-town dentist office, this is it. The whole vibe is wonderfully old school, warm, quaint, and almost a little time-warpy in the best possible way. It’s genuinely charming and immediately puts you at ease. We loved Dr. Kemper, and truth be told we’re a little nervous when we found out that the practice was taken over by someone new. Dr. Brown and her team at Bloom Pediatric Dentistry went far and above our expectations to make us and our boys feel welcomed and taken care of. Our boys were so excited talking about how much fun the dentist is. We are so lucky that we stayed and our boys will continue to be patients at Bloom as long as allowed. I would recommend Dr. Brown and her team to anyone!
Absolutely love Dr. Claire. My son has had a lot of dental work done and a lot of teeth pulled and my son is very anxious. She does incredible with him and is extremely patient. Highly recommend!! We drive over an hr just for him to see her!
The appointment was not until 3pm. I checked my niece in around 2:20pm, which was early. However, after a short period, the assistant came out to get her. She explained what was planned during the appointment and asked if I had any questions. I liked that she explained before anything was done. Everything was completed, an overview was provided and we were headed to our car at 3pm. Great service and very helpful and friendly staff.
