An unprofessional company with irresponsible employees began working on a plumbing issue. However, when the clock struck 5 PM, they abandoned the job, cutting off the water supply and leaving the entire building without water until they finally fixed the issue by the end of the following day.
This is one of the worst places to live. I spent two years in this building. Roaches are crawling everywhere, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Many times, I found roaches on my head while in bed. I do not recommend it.
A few months ago, the previous owner got rid of the building. The new company recently faced issues with the heating system during severe cold days and failed to fix it for five days. As a result, we spent five days without heating and three days without hot water. Absolutely unprofessional company, doesn't care of tenants !
