I had both of my garage doors replaced by Kempenfelt Garage Doors about 5 years ago and I can not say anything negative about the sale and the install. The doors were more pricey than some of the competitors, but I wanted to keep my business local and the sales experience was pleasant. Excellent Service. I had the pleasure working with Steven. Steven provided the best service on such short notice. Steven came over to fix our double door garage tension springs, because one of them was broken. The service was quick, Steven also took time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The price was very reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend Steven for any garage door repair needs. Thanks Steven.
A year ago I had this company install a Lift Master 8500W in my garage and had a warranty issue which they passed down to his son to fix . His son tried to replace it with a far cheaper unit with way less features and told me it was the same unit. I called John back and he never offered to help us ouit and just apologized. I had done years of business with this contractor and will never use them again because of what the did.
