I came in for a new patient appointment after many recommendations from friends. WOW! I got it after about five minutes into the appointment. Seems there was a bit more to my condition than other providers had previously told me, likely why I never really felt better. Dr Kemp really listened and explained her reasoning and we made a game plan and three weeks later I feel like my old self again. Awesome.
My family has been with Dr. Kemp for three years. She has been great. But when Covid hit we really found out how incredibly helpful and good family doctor can be! My 17 year old son crashed missing his girlfriend and friends; my husband was furloughed and that caused concerns he’d never had before; as mom I was stuck home schooling and not working my “real” job. Amazing that our doctor addressed each of us where we each were and what an amazing difference for our family.
Professional and very comfortable office and office staff. In no way did I ever feel like a “number”.
Pleasant office staff who are professional and efficient. Called the day before my appointment with personal reminder. Office was very clean, professional and relaxing (unusual for medical office). Appointment with Dr Kemp was excellent, I felt that I had plenty of time to discuss my issues, and most importantly that there was a good communication and joint decision on my future medical care. I highly recommend this doctor.
Listened carefully to my explaination of my symptoms, asking appropriate questions for clarification. I felt the doctor gave me plenty of time explaining what my condition was, then discussed pros and cons for options of treatment
