This funeral home is awful and so unprofessional . Me and my mother had flowers delivered to two of our deceased loved ones and our flowers never even got to the viewing room ,my aunt never received or seen the flowers . I believe that there is someone there reselling flowers creating a side hustle for them selves or someone placed the flowers in the wrong viewing room intended for another deceased individual . RecommendedA family own business that takes care of you as if you are they own family. The kemp staff was very welcoming, very helpfully, and in the mist of the Coronavirus pandemic at a time where the are over crowded with work I still felt as if they made sure all my wants and needs were met. Although I know they had to work a bit harder to continue to provide excellent customer service they treated me as if I was the only client they had.
