This clown provided an appraisal for the house I just purchased. In his report he decided to include a "structural crack" which was located on the non bearing wall of a brick porch. This is a judgement an appraiser is unqualified to make in the first place, but in doing so, and including it in his report for some unknown reason, he cost me an extra $450. I cancelled my loan refinancing after these people reappraised my home and it had lost value even though it matches homes in the neighborhood and solar panels and other improvements had been done. They found no other property in my area to compare with even though there are new houses on the street selling for 200K higher than mine built 10 years ago.Run from these guy's!
