I'm writing regarding your recent public response to my 1-star Google review about my daughter’s appointment. To clarify: my teenage daughter was late once by about 10 minutes and was turned away, rudely, by the receptionist. That should not be labeled a no-show. I personally haven’t booked an appointment in years, so it’s inaccurate to reference a recent cancellation by me. My daughter in law had a terrible experience at this dentist office. The front desk lady was rude, passive aggressive, and overall unprofessional. Shame on you, Habiba.
